Your Roles and Responsibilities :
- identifying the needs of the firm through targeted observations, business analysis, and consultation.
- evaluating the current IT setup and suggesting enhancements.
- Creating and setting up personalised SAP solutions.
- Writing programmes and scripts to provide improved functionality and a user-friendly interface.
- implementing SAP solutions and making sure that system integration goes well.
- identifying problems and fixing them to maximise performance.
- supplying end-user training and SAP system support.
- completing thorough SAP process documentation and submitting progress reports.
- ensuring adherence to industry rules.
- staying current with SAP’s most recent releases, enhancements, and capabilities.
Skills requirements :
- Strong SAP configuration, and business area knowledge in Plant Maintenance (PM) module with 1 year of experience.
- Assist in To-Be process detail design, system configuration, and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Prepare and execute testing, prepare and conduct training, support user acceptance test and perform post go-live support.
- Experience and knowledge of key integration of SAP FI/CO, MM, PS, HCM, PP, and QM modules with PM.
- Work closely with business SMEs specific to relevant SAP functional areas to gather requirements.
- Experience and knowledge to create the SAP PM master data.
- Familiarity with PM business processes, Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Calibration process, Refurbishment process with serial number management, Condition-based maintenance, and Shutdown process, including work permits, notifications, work orders, and integration with interfaces
- In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, task lists, maintenance schedules, and condition-based maintenance strategies
- Experience and knowledge in data migration tools LSMW/BDC and LTMC in S/4 HANA
- Understanding in SAP ABAP and ability to write WRICEF object specifications for custom development. Experience with BADI, BAPI, and third-party interfaces
- Maintain documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements to the SAP PM module.
