In the ‘Get Employed’ forum on Reddit, he mentioned that he created an AI bot that could “analyze candidate information, read job descriptions, create personalized CVs and cover letters for each job, answer specific questions from recruiters, and automatically submit applications.”
He explained, “In just one month, this method helped me secure around 50 interviews.”
The AI bot he built worked overnight, generating “custom CVs and cover letters that matched each job description perfectly.”
“This technique is really effective at getting past automated screening systems. By making sure the CVs and cover letters are customized for each job, my script greatly increases the chances of standing out to both AI and human recruiters,” he added.
