Job Description
To assess our business’s operations and offer suggestions to increase operational effectiveness, we are seeking an operations analyst. Based on a careful examination and analysis of our current policies, resources, operations, processes, and procedures, the operations analyst will be in charge of creating and executing modifications and new procedures.
To succeed as an operations analyst, you must be able to evaluate complicated data sets, spot opportunities or flaws, and collaborate with staff members and entry-level management to make improvements. An exceptional operations analyst should be able to create new workflows and processes to improve operations and counsel employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely problem resolution
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage client accounts end-to-end to ensure timely delivery of commitments and performance tracking
- Generate and analyze ad-hoc campaign reports while maintaining reporting standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancement strategies
- Develop and implement campaign optimization plans to achieve desired business outcomes
- Support marketing strategy execution and ensure regular performance tracking
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Python and data management
- Understanding of Paid Marketing tools and performance marketing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a process-driven and target-oriented environment
