Module 1 : TCS Interview Guide

TCS is one of the world’s largest IT services companies and hires thousands of freshers and experienced professionals every year. Its interview process is designed to check not only technical knowledge but also communication, attitude, learning ability, and stability. TCS looks for candidates who are dependable, trainable, and capable of working in teams for long-term projects.

The interview process of TCS is systematic and follows a structured pattern. It usually consists of an online test, followed by technical interview, and finally HR interview. In some cases, the technical and HR interview may be combined.

1. TYPES OF HIRING IN TCS

TCS hires candidates through multiple channels:

On-Campus Hiring

Conducted through online applications and mass hiring drives like TCS NQT.

TCS NQT (National Qualifier Test)

TCS categorizes freshers mainly into:

3. STAGES OF TCS INTERVIEW PROCESS
