Job Description :

All of an organization’s business processes are overseen by process executives. They handle the company’s goals and growth plans. Process executives make sure that all questions are answered and that client relationships are upheld. They also guarantee timely delivery of high-quality merchandise.

To join our organization, we are looking for a Process Executive that is trustworthy and organized. Finding new business possibilities, creating weekly progress reports, keeping up with internal and external stakeholders, and promptly and courteously responding to all inquiries are among the duties of the process executive. You ought to be able to support the organization’s expansion and strengthen any weak points.

Required Skills

• Excellent working knowledge of excel (mandatory)
• Good Communication (Written & Verbal) 
• Good stakeholder management (onshore & offshore)
• Ability to Design Dashboards on multiple platforms.
• Ability to handle large datasets and proven ability to align data needs to business strategies.
• Strong understanding of the data design and their relations to enable reporting and analytics

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the wider team to manage a portfolio of international clients in relation to our global company secretarial services, under the supervision of senior team members.
• Managing compliance diaries to ensure services are being delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
• Monitoring SLAs in Digital Gateway and following up with the client or international delivery teams
• Updating client legal entity database on completion of tasks.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including maintenance of Digital Gateway, supporting client on-boarding procedures, financial reporting, etc.

Education and qualifications:

• The applicant will have achieved a degree qualification.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Need to demonstrate they understand the concept of companies and compliance- perhaps from a law or finance degree.
• The applicant will have good working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, attention to detail and personal skills are essential.
