PhonePe Operations Associate, VKYC

We are looking for specialists for the VKYC Team. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will entail completing video KYC to our customers and you will continuously look for outstanding and exciting ways to improve their experience.

10+2 is Mandatory
0 – 1 years of work experience in a customer facing role
Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred

Sutherland Associate – Technical Support Advisor

Strong problem determination, isolation, and root cause analysis skills are required to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Protection Server products. You will interact directly with our enterprise customers to deliver “white glove service” on each interaction. The daily work includes regular updating of support cases to record progress of open issues in our call tracking system, hosting shared sessions with customers to diagnose reported problems, interacting with Sustaining Engineering for items that require escalation, and documenting technical solutions and product information in the knowledge base. This is an advanced support group, you will act as an SME in a broad range of topics, owning and resolving all but the most complex of issues from start to finish. The work is frequently performed in Linux command line environments so appropriate skills are required.

Qualifications

Typically requires proven knowledge of Windows or Linux Server management experience
Knowledge of Email systems and Networking experience in a technical support/help desk environment
Proven understanding of email, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSH, DNS, SMTP, FTP, LDAP, Linux, MySQL & Exchange
Ability to independently troubleshoot software applications and complex distributed system environments involving multiple configurations and protocols
Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success
Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces
Proven experience hosting WebEx or other remote hosting tools for customer troubleshooting sessions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should be flexible working evening and weekend shifts

Must Have Skill Technical Skills:

Strong coding skills for application level programming which would involve programming in C++ and C#
System-level programming which would involve interacting directly with the operating system and low-level components like file systems, device drivers, and kernel subsystems using system APIs and other mechanisms like reading virtual file system.
Core Concepts: In-depth knowledge of Linux virtual file system like sysfs, devfs, procfs and daemons.

– Familiarity with essential Linux commands: grep, chmod, rm, cp, mv, less, sudo, ps, service, etc.

Lumen Network Engineer

Access Service Request (ASR) experience. Able to use LEC web tools. Understand all ASR ordering requirements. Able to translate transport requests into ASR submissions. Knowledge of VOIP network circuit configurations.

Description:

Proficient in Basic Telecom concepts.
Good knowledge of POI Architecture building and voice traffic planning.
Good Knowledge of Vendor orders ASR writings and Design.
Responsible for Various work functions in support of the Network Provisioning team.
Designing and augmenting DS1 circuitry for existing/NEW POI Connectivity and Coordinating Circuit Installation between Vendor and Operation teams.
Managing the order process encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting, and publishing daily reports. Maintain circuit inventory in XNG Client/Granite database. Issue ASRs to LEC using LEC web tools. Process all ASRs, provide FOCs and DLRs, and complete the ASR process.
Ability to analyze and understand the issue to provide timely feedback or solutions.
