Job Description :

We are looking for an Associate System Engineer to support the operations and administration of the IT infrastructure monitoring platform LogicMonitor. The role involves monitoring infrastructure health, supporting operational activities, assisting with audit and reporting requirements, and ensuring optimal performance of monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of Windows systems, networking concepts, and basic Azure navigation, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The candidate will work closely with infrastructure, application, and network teams to ensure monitoring coverage, incident response, and operational efficiency.

Audit & Reporting

• Support internal and external audit requirements using monitoring data
• Extract, analyse, and present monitoring data for compliance reporting
• Maintain documentation and evidence required for operational audits

Monitoring & Operations

• Monitor infrastructure health and alerts using LogicMonitor
• Investigate alerts and perform initial troubleshooting for infrastructure issues
• Perform routine operational tasks including alert tuning, device onboarding, and datasource validation

Infrastructure Support

• Good understanding about Windows servers, network devices, and cloud resources
• Perform basic troubleshooting related to system performance, connectivity, and monitoring alerts

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain operational runbooks and standard operating procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring coverage, reduce alert noise, and enhance operational efficiency

Skills

• Windows systems, networking concepts, and basic Azure navigation
• Having experience with Grafana, LM or any other monitoring tools is an advantage
• Hands on experience in T- SQL
