Role Overview

As part of a 24×7 global infrastructure management team, you’ll support day-to-day operations in a collaborative environment. In this entry-level role, your responsibilities will typically include deploying and maintaining global IT infrastructure, as well as contributing to its ongoing improvement and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the organization’s day-to-day IT infrastructure and services.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist in improving system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with global teams to deliver high-quality IT support and infrastructure services.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through email, collaboration tools, and meetings.
• Provide timely technical assistance while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
• Understanding of operating systems, databases, applications, and networking fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and technical support concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell Script is an added advantage.
