- This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about software testing, automation, and delivering high-quality applications.
- You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior QA engineers to design, execute, and maintain automated test solutions.
- Understand business and functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.
- Continuously learn and adopt new testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Key skills required:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java or Python.
- Understanding of API testing concepts using Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 (L1) Technical Support through the IT Service Desk. Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. Log and document client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ITSM tool. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall client experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Service Desk Management. Solid understanding of incident management processes. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC remedy, and other ticketing systems. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365), MS Office Suite, Active Directory, and general hardware/software troubleshooting. Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ticket lifecycle. Experience supporting remote users and using remote troubleshooting tools. Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent. Strong written communication skills, including proper E-Mail etiquette. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, especially while handling irate customers and managing high call volumes.
