Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 11 months of total work experience.
- The gap between graduation and joining should be no more than 5 years.
- Candidates must not have previously enrolled in a Government Apprenticeship Program.
- Candidates should be interested in starting a career in customer service and operations.
