Role Overview

The Process Associate – Voice is an entry-level customer service position based in Bengaluru or Noida. The selected candidate will interact with customers over the phone, understand their concerns, provide appropriate assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role is suitable for candidates with good verbal communication skills who are interested in starting a career in customer service, voice operations, and business process operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
