Job Overview – Associate Content Moderation

Wipro is hiring Associate – Content Moderation for its Bengaluru, Karnataka location. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and immediate joiners who have strong English communication skills and can professionally handle sensitive online content.

The selected candidate will review user-generated content, identify material that violates defined guidelines, and take appropriate action according to company policies. The position requires attention to detail, emotional maturity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work responsibly with limited supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and assess online content according to established policies and guidelines.
• Handle sensitive material involving violence, sexual content, abuse, hate speech, illegal activities, death, tragedy, and other potentially disturbing subjects.
• Identify content that violates platform or business guidelines and take the appropriate action.
• Follow standard operating procedures and moderation policies consistently.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while handling assigned content volumes.
• Use websites, online platforms, and social communication tools effectively.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maturity while reviewing sensitive material.
• Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
• Maintain effective time management and meet assigned performance expectations.
• Participate in employee wellness and support activities.
