Hexagon off campus drive 2024 for Implementation Analyst . Implementation specialists make ensuring that the software systems that clients purchase match their technical requirements. Their responsibilities include teaching clients how to use the software, installing customized software systems when they have been approved, and customizing the program to meet their needs and specifications.
For our clients’ software system customization and installation, we are looking for a highly qualified implementation specialist. In this position, you will show clients how acquired software solutions operate and respond to inquiries about implementation. In addition, you will have to install the software and make sure the customer is happy with the purchase.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a similar discipline.
- demonstrated expertise in the role of implementation specialist.
- solid technological understanding.
- proficiency with SQL database management systems and all Microsoft Office apps.
- the capacity for efficient multitasking.
- the capacity to function both alone and together.
- strong ability to analyze and solve problems.

Job Responsibilities
- After software packages are sold, a meeting is held with clients to gather statistics and additional information needed to customize software systems.
- putting together a project plan for every customer that outlines the steps required to implement bespoke software systems on schedule.
- keeping in touch with clients to get their input and permission during the software modification process.
- modifying software programs to meet the unique requirements and specifications of customers.
- instructing customers on the use of customized system features and software that they have acquired.
- generating a unique document that lists every customization performed for every client.
- installing all required parts and specialized software systems.
- ensuring that important deliverables and project milestones are known to the project team.
- supplying clients that need more adjustments with time and cost estimates.
