Job Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate Interns to join our team for the launch and growth of our new AI Course for students, freshers, job seekers, and working professionals. As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will be responsible for identifying potential learners, generating leads, communicating the value of our AI program, and helping convert interested candidates into enrolled learners. This role will provide practical exposure to business development, sales, lead generation, customer communication, EdTech, and AI-powered learning solutions.

This is a performance-based internship, ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, and the rapidly growing AI and EdTech industry. Interns who successfully complete the internship and meet the required performance criteria will receive an Internship Completion Certificate from the organization. High-performing interns may also be considered for additional opportunities based on business requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and identify potential leads through social media, personal networks, communities, referrals, and other channels.
• Reach out to prospective students, freshers, job seekers, and professionals and understand their learning and career requirements.
• Explain the AI course structure, benefits, internship opportunities, projects, certification, and career value to potential learners.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and regularly update lead information and follow-up status.
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments by effectively communicating the value proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective learners.
• Assist the team in executing promotional campaigns and student acquisition activities.
• Track daily/weekly performance metrics such as leads generated, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments.
• Share market feedback and learner insights with the core team to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team during course launch campaigns.

Required Skills

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, EdTech, or AI.
• Ability to confidently communicate with students and working professionals.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and lead management is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about AI and emerging technologies.
