Job Overview

To keep an eye on and manage our manufacturing processes, we are seeking to hire a seasoned process associate. In addition to performing routine equipment maintenance, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring product quality, and compiling process reports for the production manager, your duties as a process associate will include analyzing current processes and offering advice on system changes.

Process associates keep an eye on and enhance manufacturing organizations’ production processes. They evaluate the efficiency of current process systems, maintain process machinery, identify machine and material flaws, evaluate overall production quality, and create process reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:    

Required skills

• Required good communication skills.
• Required good knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.
• Clarity on basic WFM metrics must require i.e. service level, AHT, Shrinkage, attrition etc
• Proficiency with computers
• Willing to work 24*7
• A candidate with Scheduling & Forecasting skills will be preferred.

• Ability to handle pressure situations
• Driving for self-learning and knowledge enhancement
