Job Description
People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. We look for people who are agile, curious, mindful and able to sustain postivie energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage daily business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for consistent workflow.
- Coordinate with departments like logistics, procurement, and customer support to optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost optimization.
- Track and report on key operational metrics to senior management.
Requirement and Skills:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Information Technology, Computers.
- Experience
- 0-6 months of experience in application development process; including .net coding, database stored procedure/UDF, unit testing etc..
- 0-6 months of development experience delivering scalable solutions utilizing following
- technologies: MVC C#, RESTful API, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, Bootstrap, SQL Server.
- 0-6 months of experience frameworks like Angular7+
- Excellent written and oral communications skills required; superior collaboration skills required
- Proven quick learner with aspiration to learn and grow
