Zensar Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Collection to support AI and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn technical tools and processes related to data collection.

This an AI Based, Tech enabling role in Data collection & Data Labeling Expert, Annotation & Prompt.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
• Develop scalable pipelines for training, inference, and deployment of generative AI systems.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to identify business problems where Gen AI can be applied.
• Implement prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize performance.
• Work with APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in AI workflows.
• Conduct experiments, evaluations, and benchmarking for AI models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, etc.).

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain).

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
