Job Overview

A learning and development (L&D) specialist creates, executes, and oversees training plans to improve workers’ abilities and output in line with business objectives. Conducting needs assessments, developing training programs (technical and soft skills), leading workshops, and assessing the success of training are important duties.

Eligibility

🔹 Experience: 0–6 months
🔹 Location: Hyderabad
🔹 Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Assess company-wide or department-specific capability gaps to determine training needs.
• Program Design & Development: Create, curate, or update training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules using instructional design techniques.
• Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct in-house training, workshops, and orientation sessions (both virtual and in-person).
• Learning Management System (LMS) Management: Maintain systems for tracking, reporting, and evaluating training progress.
• Vendor Management: Manage external trainers, platforms, and content partners.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning strategies with overall company objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Trainer, or Specialist.
• Adult Learning Principles: Knowledge of, and ability to apply, various training methods, adult learning theories, and design techniques.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in LMS, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), and virtual collaboration tools.
• Communication: Exceptional facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
• Analytical Skills: Ability to measure the ROI and effectiveness of learning programs.
