Job Overview
To join our organization, we are looking for a Process Executive who is trustworthy and organized. Finding new business opportunities, creating weekly progress reports, keeping up with staff and external stakeholders, and promptly and courteously responding to all inquiries are among the duties of the process executive. You ought to be able to strengthen the organization’s weak points and contribute to its growth.
All of an organization’s business processes are overseen by process executives. They handle the goals and expansion plans of the business. Process managers make sure that all inquiries are answered and that client connections are preserved. They also guarantee timely delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and following up with new business leads.
- Drawing up proposals and presenting them to prospective clients.
- Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations, as well as health and safety codes.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with staff as well as external clients and vendors.
- Addressing any questions or queries promptly and politely.
- Monitoring staff and operations, and drawing up strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Writing up sales and performance reports, and providing training and guidance to staff members.
- Assisting managers to develop incentives that improve performance.
- Attending workshops and events to expand skill set and professional networks.
Requirements:
- Must be a commerce Graduate
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
- Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
- Flexible with shifts and working hours
- Must be a good team player
