Job Overview:
As a Project Support Professional, you will assist in the coordination, administration, and execution of projects in the organization. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of project objectives. This is a junior role designed for freshers to gain hands-on experience in project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and monitoring of deliverables, milestones, timelines
- Maintain project documentation: status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs, issue logs, change requests
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, QA, operations, business) to collect updates and inputs
- Schedule and support meetings: agenda preparation, follow-up on action items
- Assist with stakeholder communication (internal and external)
- Support in preparing project dashboards, metrics, and reports
- Help identify risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate appropriately
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in project tools (e.g. MS Excel, project management software)
- Support in documentation control, versioning, and archiving
- May assist in low-level testing, quality checks, or process audits as required

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BE/BTech/BCA/BSc/Bcom/BBM)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity or willingness to learn project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Analytical mindset; ability to work with data
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- (Optional/Advantage) Internship exposure in projects, or understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
