Job Description :

We want to employ a data analyst to join our data team. You will be responsible for managing our master data set, creating reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To succeed in this profession, you must have a keen eye for detail, previous experience as a data analyst, and a thorough understanding of the most popular data analysis tools and databases.

A data analyst collects and saves information about sales figures, market research, logistics, linguistics, and other behaviors. They contribute technical skills to assure the data’s quality and accuracy, and then process, create, and present it in ways that assist individuals, businesses, and organizations in making more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the business leaders, project sponsors and analytics teams to understand the data requirements
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business objectives and development of insights.
• Drive data based decisions through analytics, reporting and implementation of dashboards
• Research and apply multidisciplinary techniques, findings and approaches to solutions driving the business’ understanding of its market, its internal operations, and its opportunities
• Review, implement, analyze and enhance algorithms that will substantially improve analytics capability of the business
• Assist in development and testing of analytics proofs-of-concepts and Data Quality Checks
• Ensure delivery excellence in terms of timelines and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product managers, and business analysts, to identify data-driven insights.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into nontechnical, lay terms.
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
