Job Overview:
Customer service agents take orders, handle returns, assist customers with complaints and inquiries, and provide information about goods and services. They are occasionally perceived as playing a part in sales by assisting customers in understanding the product and responding to inquiries regarding their reservations.
To handle consumer complaints and questions, we are employing a customer service agent. Additionally, you will be required to handle orders, changes, and complaints through various channels of communication. You must have prior computer experience and the ability to maintain composure when customers are irate in order to succeed in this position.
