Role Summary

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) who wish to pursue jobs in Python development are sought after. A strong foundation in Python programming, a desire to master AI/GenAI frameworks, and the capacity to create original solutions while being mentored by senior engineers are all requirements for the perfect candidate.

Responsibilities

• Under mentoring, create, develop, and test Python applications with AI/GenAI capabilities.
• Help integrate GenAI and machine learning models into solutions that are ready for production.
• Work together as a team to convert functional components into business needs.
• Write code that adheres to SDLC guidelines and is clear, modular, and well-documented.
• Take part in testing, deployment, and code reviews.
• Investigate and test out new AI/GenAI frameworks and technologies.
• Effectively share developments and difficulties with leaders and peers.

Required Skills

• strong programming skills in Python.
• exposure to at least one AI or GenAI framework (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face) and
• a basic understanding of AI/ML topics.
• knowledge of the fundamentals of cloud deployment and REST APIs.
• strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• a desire to collaborate with others and learn new technology.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Desired Skills(Nice to Have)

• exposure to cloud services like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub) or CI/CD pipelines.
• familiarity with data analytics or visualization software.
• knowledge of containerization principles (Kubernetes, Docker).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Python or AI/ML will be an added advantage.
