Job Description
To join our team, we are looking for an apprentice who is motivated and excited. Learning and developing practical skills, attending workshops and classes both on and off-site, adhering to all health and safety regulations, finishing assignments and tests, and making presentations to staff and other stakeholders are all part of the apprentice’s duties. You should be adaptable, well-organized, and eager to help out wherever you can.
An apprentice trainee learns a particular trade or profession while working under the supervision of seasoned professionals. Through workshops, formal education, and on-the-job training, they acquire knowledge, practical skills, and firsthand experience. Frequently, the position entails helping with duties, following safety procedures, and progressively assuming greater responsibility as abilities advance.
A course of training in any industry or establishment that is completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of an apprenticeship contract between an employer and apprentices is known as apprenticeship training.
Role & Responsibility :
- Attending workshops, and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible.
- Assisting within the relevant department, but also learning about other aspects of the company.
- Observing health and safety procedures.
- Completing all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations.
- Working in the office and traveling to other sites when required.
- Positively receiving feedback.
- Attending meetings and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Keeping a log of everything learned.
- Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
