Key Responsibilities

Essential:
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, or troubleshooting tasks.
- Ability to work proactively, manage workload, and handle pressure.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing system usage.
- SQL knowledge and experience with XML, HTML, or CSS.
