Job Descreption

You will work as a developing AI professional or intern focused on building practical, agentic AI solutions that directly support the objectives of the sales organization. Your day will center on hands-on development using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services, designing and implementing intelligent agents that solve real-world business challenges. You will contribute across the full lifecycle of AI agent development—from design and build to integration with enterprise platforms—while collaborating closely with business stakeholders. This role emphasizes innovation, applied generative AI, and continuous learning within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.

• Develop and manage automation workflows using Power Automate to integrate AI agents with business applications and data sources.

• Write and maintain Python scripts to support custom logic, data processing, and API integrations for AI agents.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake to enable data-driven interactions.

• Connect AI agents with CRM systems such as Salesforce to support sales and business use cases.

• Collaborate with sales and business teams to gather requirements and define the functional scope of AI agents.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure AI agent reliability and effectiveness.

• Create and maintain technical documentation covering AI agents, integrations, workflows, and supporting components.

• Stay up to date with the latest features, best practices, and advancements in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and generative AI technologies.

What will you Bring:

• Project-based or academic experience in AI and/or machine learning.

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML principles and generative AI concepts.

• Hands-on experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience or familiarity with Azure AI Services.

• Experience developing automation workflows using Power Automate.

• Programming experience in Python for scripting, data processing, and integrations.

• Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake.

• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
