Troubleshooting, fixing, and taking ownership of customer issues throughout global service delivery is the responsibility of an Engineer-Global Service Operations, who also makes sure that service level agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled. Performing technical diagnostics, reporting complicated issues to other teams, such as engineering, and offering customer support across many channels are important responsibilities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities are necessary for the position; prior experience working in a fast-paced, round-the-clock setting is frequently advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues:
- Investigate, diagnose, and solve technical problems related to systems and applications.
- Own customer issues: Take full responsibility for customer-reported problems from initial contact to final resolution.
- Manage escalations: Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, acting as a liaison between customers and other departments.
- Ensure SLA compliance: Proactively work to maintain and meet service level agreements.
Required Skills
- Candidate should have basic knowledge on troubleshooting the IP/transmission circuits of different product like GPVN,ILL,IZO-SDWAN
- Can apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively with broad instruction.
Can aware about the failover - Efficiently communication skill, handling team & escalation effectively .
- Seeks the appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Working as shift lead role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within Service Assurance. - Able to identify problems and provide inputs to improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from personal experiences and feedback.
- Actively acquires more complex skills, techniques, operating practices, knowledge of abstract concepts in order to progress toward full proficiency in the field of specialization.
- Has skills and knowledge that will allow them to adapt to effectively deal with unfamiliar issues, challenges, problems within their field of specialization.
