Job Overview
Customer service agents take orders, handle returns, assist clients with complaints and inquiries, and provide information about goods and services. They are occasionally perceived as playing a part in sales by assisting consumers in understanding the goods and responding to inquiries regarding their reservations.
To handle consumer complaints and questions, we are employing a customer service agent. Additionally, you will be required to handle orders, changes, and complaints through various means of contact. You must have prior computer skills and the ability to maintain composure when consumers are irate in order to succeed in this position.
