job Summary:

We’re seeking highly motivated and customer-centric professionals to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the voice of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• – Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries via email/chat
• – Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
• – Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
• – Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
• – Continuously learn and improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements:

• – Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• – 10+2 or Graduate degree in any discipline
• – Not pursuing any full-time course
• – Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
• – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• – Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends
