Role Overview – Trainee Software Engineer

• Position: Trainee Software Engineer

• Work Mode: Remote

• Career Path: Internship → Traineeship → Full-time Associate Software Engineer

Program Structure

1. Internship: 3 months | 21 hours per week | Stipend: ₹7,500 per month

2. Traineeship: 6 months | Full-time (8.5 hrs/day) | Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

3. Full-time Role: Upon successful completion | CTC: ₹9,00,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the development team to design and implement features.

• Create reliable, reusable, and scalable software solutions.

• Build new modules and functionalities from scratch.

• Support and enhance existing product features.
