Role Overview:

We are hiring Web Application Developers to join our Ad Engineering team. In this role, you will be part of the team that builds and maintains high-performance systems capable of handling millions of real-time requests with extremely low latency. You’ll work on projects that require problem-solving skills, strong fundamentals, and the ability to deliver clean, scalable, and reliable code.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy web applications and backend services that are fast, secure, and scalable.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code that meets production standards.
• Work on end-to-end development — from design and coding to testing and deployment.
• Analyze trade-offs between different systems, databases, and design patterns to select the best solution.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in at least one backend language (PHP, Node.js, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented concepts, operating systems, and computer networks.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.) and ability to write optimized queries.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for building large-scale, high-performance systems.
