Wipro Limited is hiring freshers for the Technical Chat Process (US Process) role in Kolkata. This position focuses on providing technical support to international customers via chat. It is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in IT support and customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers through chat support
• Understand customer queries and deliver accurate solutions in real-time
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to software, systems, or applications
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during interactions
• Document issues, solutions, and customer conversations properly
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required
• Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and process workflows

Qualification & Skills

• Open to freshers only
• Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates can apply
• Preferred degrees: B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA or other technical backgrounds
• Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible

Required Skills
