Latest job opening in Genpact for Process Associate – Customer Service . IT specialists known as “cloud engineers” create, set up, and oversee cloud-based solutions for commercial clients. They create and deploy cloud apps, move current on-premise apps to the cloud, and troubleshoot cloud stacks.
To collaborate with our technical team in the development, implementation, optimisation, and upkeep of cloud-based systems, we are seeking an experienced cloud engineer. In addition to training teams on new cloud projects and guaranteeing the security of the cloud infrastructure, your responsibilities will include deploying and troubleshooting cloud stacks.Finding the finest cloud-based solutions for our clients and maintaining cloud infrastructures in compliance with business security policies and best practices are essential skills for a successful career as a cloud engineer.
Skills set Required for this Job :
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Preferred qualifications / Skills
- Very good written and presentation
- verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role.
- In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability
- interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and customers concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
