As a Customer Support Associate, you will interact with customers, understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions. The role primarily involves handling customer queries, maintaining accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This is a non-technical role, making it suitable for candidates from BBA, B.Com, BCA or other three-year degree programs who have good communication skills and are interested in starting their career in customer support or operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and understand their questions or concerns.
• Provide clear and accurate information based on the customer’s requirements.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined process and timelines.
• Record and update customer information correctly in the relevant systems.
• Take responsibility for customer requests and ensure proper follow-up.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team when required.
• Communicate with customers in simple, professional and easy-to-understand English.
• Maintain a polite and professional approach during customer interactions.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions with empathy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve process and customer service goals.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
