1. Trainee Software Engineer
Job Overview
As a Trainee Software Engineer, you’ll be involved in all aspects of software development—from building features from scratch to enhancing existing modules. You’ll be an integral part of the engineering team, working on scalable solutions in SaaS recruitment technology with exposure to AI-driven innovations. This role lays a strong foundation to launch your career in tech.

What You Will Do:
- Work closely with software developers to develop the best implementations
- Develop efficient, reusable, reliable, and scalable software
- Build features and modules from scratch
- Maintain existing features and modules
- Key skills – Java/Python/AI/ML
Traineeship Details:
Internship Program

Full-Time Opportunity

Upon successful completion of the 9-month training journey and based on your performance, you may be offered a full-time role as an Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of INR 9,00,000 per annum.

2. Customer Success Associate
Job Overview
We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Associate upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Learn our platform Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment business.
- Answer client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience.
- Help users understand how to use features and suggest workarounds .
- Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
Traineeship Details:
Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 per month.
Full-Time Opportunity: Based on your performance during the training program, you may be offered a full-time position as Customer Success Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary + INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay- paid out quarterly)
During training you will be evaluated on: Application knowledge, Communication, Learning attitude, Problem solving, Consistency/Commitment, and Integrity.
