Job Description :
We are seeking highly qualified programmers with prior Java web application development experience. Among other things, Java developers are in charge of assessing user needs and corporate goals, identifying the features and functionality of applications, and suggesting modifications to already-existing Java-based programs.
Programmers who are skilled in Java code are known as Java developers. Their main duties include creating and testing software, designing and implementing Java applications, and fixing any technical problems that come up.

Responsibilities:
• Be hands-on with describing business rules as technical artifacts for analysts, business product managers, and any functional team that depends on this information
• Proficiency with full stack development preferably React, Java, springboot, python. Perform unit tests, resolve bugs and be responsible for the delivery of the project to production
• Be a thought leader in bringing the GenAI capabilities to our product development
• Be comfortable looking at system logs when needed and identifying bugs when they might appear during course of analysis
• Discuss technical implementation details with architects and other technical teams
The ideal candidate should:
- Experience integrating with core banking systems (e.g. Avaloq) via APIs or middleware
- Understanding of wealth management data models (client, accounts, portfolios, transactions)
- Familiarity with decoupled architecture and data abstraction layers Skills & Experience Primary:
- Java (8+), Spring Boot
- Microservices architecture
- REST API development
- SQL / NoSQL databases Secondary:
- AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway)
