Cognizant® Ace Team is Cognizant’s most selective engineering program—a handpicked cohort of highpotential AI builders chosen to work on real client challenges using AInative tools, modern architectures, and outcomedriven methods. As an Ace – Full Stack AI Engineer, you will be part of a small, highcaliber team deployed on focused, highimpact engagements across clients and industries. From the very start, you will work on production codebases, build AInative capabilities such as retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLMintegrated applications, and present working solutions to client stakeholders.

Through structured rotations across domains, technology stacks, and problem types, the program enables you to rapidly build both depth and breadth of experience—developing, within a short span, a portfolio of solved problems that traditionally takes 5+ years to accumulate.

• Students graduating in 2026 with B.E/B. Tech/M.E/M. Tech degrees. Relevant experience in AI-enabled full stack development will be preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in CS fundamentals and AI/ML projects – through academic work, open-source contributions, hackathons, or personal builds.
• Strong portfolio of AI-enabled or full-stack development projects (academic or personal).
• Genuine curiosity for AI tools, agents, and the future of software engineering.

Registration link will be shared with college placement officers and students must scan and upload the below mentioned documents while registering:

• Resume (maximum of 2 pages) with a high-resolution passport size photograph. Please note that the recent photograph should be clicked in a light background and both the ears of the candidates must be visible.

Mandatory documents for interview:

• All academic documents including the college ID card (if available), school / college, UG and PG marksheets, provisional/ degree certificate.

Mandatory documents for onboarding:

• The final Cognizant onboarding would be subject to satisfactory background verification.
• PAN card – If PAN card is not available, please apply for it. It is a mandatory requirement for onboarding. Please ensure that your last name, father’s name, and other details are accurate. Please note that background verification will fail if the last name is not updated or if the PAN card name does not match the registered name.
• Voter ID card / Passport will be mandatory to verify citizenship.
• Aadhar card is mandatory for onboarding.
