The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

Trainees are responsible for: seeking a suitable supervisor to support completion of formative and summative assessments, teaching and learning tools, and application forms. submitting forms and documentation by the required deadlines. securing appropriate training positions.
Role & Responsibility
- Delivering engineering drawings, models, and MBOMs on time and error-free using modeling software and PLMs.
- Developing automated BOM and control valve configurations in Rulestream and testing.
- Learning the principles in the design of valves and actuation systems and the components required to build them.
- Supporting the instrumentation and testing team on validation prototypes and new product introductions (NPIs).
- Ensuring all data protection activities of personal and special category data are done in line with the company’s Data Protection Policy.
- Observing and following relevant systems, rules, and methods of working to ensure health, safety, and environmental care.

Required Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electronics, instrumentation engineering, computer science or equivalent, graduated within the last 24 months.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 7.5 out of 10.
