JOB DESCRIPTION
A process executive is in charge of carrying out day-to-day operations, upholding quality standards, and optimizing organizational workflows. To boost overall productivity, they examine operational data, make sure corporate regulations are followed, and put process enhancements into place.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs.
- Should be able to work as per the provided client shift timings.
- Follow the governance mechanism established with the client.
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS office application. • Willingness to work in business aligned shifts, Night Shift also (24*7). • Open to accept changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards. • Mortgage knowledge is the added advantage. • 15 years of Graduation should be completed. • Knowledge on Banking / Mortgage / Insurance domain is Plus. • Graduation passout year 2022 to 2026 only. • Post Graduation passed out or Pursuing candidate will not be eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Execution: Execute daily transactional tasks, data entry, and operational processes accurately in adherence with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and suggest strategies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular efficiency checks and ensure all completed tasks meet required accuracy and quality metrics.
