For our new graduate trainee program, we are looking for a motivated self-starter. Your duties as a graduate trainee include shadowing different employes, taking part in educational activities, going to meetings and workshops, and visiting different workplaces to obtain real-world experience. At the conclusion of the program, you should be able to pass a competency test and maintain an accurate record of your time at the organization.

Students who have recently earned a degree and are entering the workforce are known as graduate trainees. The duties of graduate trainees vary depending on their industry, but they are typically supervised by a senior employe while they attend meetings, learn, and receive training. They ought to hold a degree relevant to the field in which they are receiving training.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and network devices.
• Assist in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN deployments.
• Support network security implementations and compliance requirements.
• Diagnose connectivity and performance issues.
• Maintain network documentation and reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless network operations.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching).
• Knowledge of Cisco networking devices and technologies.
• Understanding of network security fundamentals.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
