Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in working with cutting-edge OCR and document automation technologies.

The candidate will work closely on document processing workflows using tools such as Otera AI and ABBYY FlexiCapture to extract, classify, and validate data from various document types, along with leveraging JavaScript and Python for customization and automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining document processing workflows using OCR technologies
• Work with tools like Otera AI and ABBYY FlexiCapture to configure document classification and data extraction
• Use JavaScript and Python for scripting, customization, and automation of document processing logic
• Validate extracted data and ensure high accuracy and quality standards
• Perform data review, correction, and exception handling for processed documents
• Collaborate with team members to improve automation efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Support testing, debugging, and optimization of IDP solutions
• Maintain proper documentation of workflows, configurations, and processes
• Stay updated with new features and best practices in OCR, Python, JavaScript

Your success is grounded in:

• BE/ BTech with 6 months of experience
• Fluent in English language.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret customer requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
• Able to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from customers and internal partners to consistently manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to automation tools or RPA platforms
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts related to document processing
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration
