Graduate trainees are students who have recently completed their degrees and are transitioning into the workforce. Graduate trainees’ responsibilities vary depending on their industry, but they are typically led by a senior staff member while they learn, train, and attend meetings. They should have a degree relevant to the work for which they are being trained.

We’re looking for an eager self-starter to join our new graduate training program. As a graduate trainee, you will shadow various staff members, participate in learning activities, attend meetings and workshops, and travel to other work places to get practical experience. You must keep an accurate record of your time at the organization and be able to pass a competency exam at the conclusion of the program.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to Perform daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies requests, Processing of emergency requests (as applicable), Contacting requestors for Discrepancy resolution and providing assistance to the team as needed for Siemens Business Units
• You will coordinate with customers to analyze the queries & resolve the issue.
• You will possess analytical skills in resolving the queries.
• Understanding of AR/AP process
• Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity.
• Understanding of various quality Methodologies
• You are accurate in master data maintenance for Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies requests
• You will be working with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolution
• You will be working with multiple applications/ERP’s
