Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and modern software delivery practices.

As a Platform Engineer, you will contribute to building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based environments while supporting development teams with deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure across modern cloud platforms.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure system stability and availability.
• Participate in containerization and orchestration initiatives using modern platform technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.
• Help automate routine operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
• Contribute to security, backup, and system maintenance activities.
• Document platform configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, System Administration, or related areas.
• Freshers with relevant internships, academic projects, certifications, or hands-on training are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern software delivery practices.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
• Knowledge of container technologies and orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment workflows.
• Exposure to at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and logging solutions.
