Job Description :

We’re searching for a skilled service desk analyst to evaluate and improve the performance of our end-user IT systems and software. You will be responsible for analyzing IT system performance, troubleshooting IT equipment and software issues, and providing IT support to our clients and workers.

Service desk analysts, often known as help desk analysts, are IT specialists who assist users in troubleshooting computer-related difficulties. They contribute to IT system optimization, engage with clients to handle technical issues, and guarantee that people can use the systems and applications they require.

Role & Responsibility :

1. Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
2. Resolving customer queries and requests.
3. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
5. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
6. Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
7. Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
