Essential Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (2024/2025 graduates welcome).
• Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• AI Curiosity: A high level of “AI-literacy”—you should be excited about using coding assistants (like GitHub Copilot or Cursor) to accelerate your learning and output.
• Problem Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting and a “product-first” mindset—focusing on delivering value to the end-user.
