JOB DESCRIPTION

As an ATP (Application Platform) Prod Support professional at Capco, you will be supporting clients in the banking and trading application space, helping ensure their critical systems run smoothly. Your day-to-day work will involve monitoring application platforms, troubleshooting production issues, and using your knowledge of AWS, Python, and SQL to identify and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently.

This role is best suited for 2024–2025 batch graduates with a strong academic record who are comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment. If you have good analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy working closely with stakeholders, and are looking to start your career in application support within the banking and financial services domain, this role is a great fit for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor banking and trading application platforms for issues and outages
• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues in a timely manner
• Use AWS, Python, and SQL to identify root causes of technical problems
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to resolve escalations
• Support day-to-day operations of client application platforms
• Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to maintain platform stability
• Respond proactively to platform alerts during assigned shift hours

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Working knowledge of AWS, Python, and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and in a team setup
• Proactive and responsive approach to work

QUALIFICATIONS / PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Software Systems, or Information Technology
• 2024–2025 batch graduates with a consistent and bright academic record
• Minimum 60% throughout 10th, 12th, and Engineering (BE/BTech)
• Greater understanding of programming languages – AWS, Python, SQL
• Strong presentation skills are an added advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Work location: Capco, Sarjapur, Bengaluru
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days work from office per week)
• Shift timings: Rotational 24×7 shifts — 5:30 AM–2:30 PM, 2:30 PM–9:30 PM, and 9:30 PM–6:30 AM IST (Shift allowance provided)
• Interview process: Candidates must be willing to attend in-person interview rounds at the Bangalore (Sarjapur) location
