Job Description :

To help our clients with all IT and technical-related concerns, we are seeking to employ a qualified technical support engineer. Responding to report tickets and helping clients in person or remotely will be your responsibilities. This could entail setting up software and hardware, identifying networking problems, installing updates, and fixing IT problems.

For clients having desktop and IT-related problems, technical support engineers—also referred to as IT support engineers—offer direct technical assistance. They are in charge of setting up new computer systems, fixing hardware problems, updating software, diagnosing network problems, and offering general IT assistance.

Role & Responsibility :

• Handling technical support, product demos, and customer training
• Gathering requirements, responding to RFIs, and following up with prospects
• Delivering accurate, timely solutions to customers
• Being proficient in offering phone-based support to international customers
