AtkinsRéalis is hiring for a Trainee Developer position in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or professional experience. The role is part of the Visual Hub and involves supporting global design teams working across multiple regions.

The Trainee Developer will work on real-time 3D applications, digital twins, simulation environments, AR/VR experiences and workflow automation. Candidates will get an opportunity to work with technologies such as Unreal Engine, Unity and NVIDIA Omniverse, while collaborating with creative and technical professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of real-time 3D applications using Unreal Engine and Unity.
• Create application logic, interactions and user interfaces using Blueprints, C#, Python and basic C++.
• Assist in developing digital twin, simulation and collaborative visualization solutions using NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Support USD-based data pipelines and integration between 3D applications, engineering data, databases and APIs.
• Optimize scenes and assets for performance, scalability and target hardware platforms.
• Participate in debugging, testing and quality reviews.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow technical and creative direction provided by Global Design and Visual Hub teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different locations and contribute to reusable development practices.
• Continuously learn and develop new technical skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely timesheets.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Working knowledge of Python and C#.
• Basic knowledge of C++.
• Basic understanding of Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, UI development and real-time application workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Unity development using C#.
• Understanding of 3D graphics concepts such as:
  • Coordinate systems
  • Materials
  • Textures
  • Lighting
  • Rendering
  • Scene optimization
• Awareness of NVIDIA Omniverse and Universal Scene Description (USD).
• Understanding of digital twin concepts and collaborative 3D workflows.
• Familiarity with Git or another version-control system.
• Knowledge of debugging, testing, APIs and basic database concepts.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Game Development or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates can apply.
