Job Description :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end data products and outcome frameworks that power business intelligence & data outcomes across division functions. Each day, you will translate raw data into meaningful signals, surface trends that drive measurable performance improvements, and contribute directly to the lifecycle of scalable data products. You will apply your analytical expertise to design and deliver data components that are production-ready, well-documented, and built to evolve.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid | Bengaluru, India

This role is contributing to the Data & Analytics team within the Automation Energy Industries Division. Main stakeholders are Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain function leads.

Responsibilities:

• Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
• Owning the knowledge capture and transferring of under-the-hood systems such as various architectural and design aspects and ensures they are well documented to maintain and enhance the overall system integrity.
• Contributing to design and coding related standards, technology, and tool selections and defines new data collection and analysis processes.
