Job Description :

We are seeking a business analyst to join our project team. You’ll work with other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting extensive requirements analysis, documenting processes, and completing some user acceptability testing. To thrive in this profession, you should have a natural analytical mindset and be able to communicate complex topics to non-technical consumers.

A business analyst plays a crucial role in any project team. They serve as the primary interaction between users and the project manager, gathering information, documenting processes, and confirming final papers with users.

Responsibilities

• Understanding data sources, composition, rules of reporting required by different applications and ensuring data completeness & accuracy.
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Reconciling data sets & trace data evolution through transformation processes.
• The role involves performing root cause analysis on CHANGE the BANK and RUN the BANK issues.
• Documentation: Preparing functional specifications, proof of concepts, test cases for reports and enhancements in the General Ledger platforms, Finance systems and Risk System.
• Process: Create and establish processes and handoffs between different global & local teams. Participate in multiple evolutions & projects, updating project documentation determining daily
• priorities Testing: Perform integration, system & regression testing to ensure software reliability and performance Technical & Behavioral Competencies AI – Knowhow SQL Basic will be advantage

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
